A faster app, notification bubbles, better search, and more data at your fingertips

With the sorting functionality launched last month, we took a deeper look at our tables and the way we display and interact with data. As a result of several conversations with our users, we made a number of changes throughout the app to allow you to better see the information that you need the most in the context when you need it the most.

Moreover, by looking at our usage patterns we realized some of you missed connection requests because of the lack of a permanent notification system. We're not yet ready to give you just that but we have made steps towards it by introducing notification bubbles - a simple visual way to signal that you have connection requests or dealshare requests that you have not worked on.

Last, but not least, we underwent a dramatic improvement and update of our infrastructure leading to a smaller and flexible application. Users around the world should experience faster loading times on all pages of our platform, even in situations with low internet.

New features include:

  • Investors can now see new requests at a glance using the notification bubbles in the left side navigation column
  • Search has been improved across the app to take on more parameters leading to better results
  • Triage and Active Dealflow tables have been updated to reflect more information in a better UI
  • For active deals, the header has been updated to reflect more data about the stage the company is in
  • For deals in portfolio, a new investment summary card has been created to show the cummulative information regarding that company
  • Sharing History sub-tabs in each deal have been uppdated to include more data regarding the timing of share and the method of sharing

With this release several other bugs were squished to ensure each user is having a positive experience.

As always, our inbox is open for any feedback and suggestions so please send us an email at support@flowlie.com if anything crosses your mind.
